LLOYD KUSI

Lloyd Kusi is 27 years old and part owner of Penta foods Limited, a start-up producing yogurt. He joined Enablis in March 2013 from the Business Launchpad competition. After his University education, Loyd and 2 of his graduate friends decided to come together and started their business in an uncompleted shop that was given to them. A couple years later, Lloyd chanced upon the Enablis advert and together with his partners, decided to enter the competition.

“Enablis has been extremely beneficial to our business. First of all the two week intensive programs really helped advance our financial intelligent quotient as we all have science backgrounds. In addition the exposure and contacts we got during the program really helped. Enablis also helped us to add “skin and flesh to bare bones” of our business plan. In addition the prize money for coming second didn't hurt at all. The post training and competition experience is also very helpful. We are really benefiting from e- circle meetings. As a peer support group, it gives us the opportunity to share, discuss and find solutions to our problems. Our business has improved and seen growth since we got engaged with Enablis Ghana. Our sales and revenue keep increasing. Currently, we are unable to meet the demand for our product and that has informed our plans of expanding to be able to supply is the demand.”
